I had to wait longer than I thought for my replacement, and when I followed up about the refund, the replies felt a bit all over the place. From my experience, the process could’ve been smoother and clearer.

The flavor was actually really nice, so I want to be fair about that. My only issue was that it arrived icy and a little hard, which made it feel not quite as fresh as I was hoping. After letting it thaw for a bit, it was still okay, just not the best texture.

I’ve ordered from keylimepieco.com a few times because I’m a big key lime pie person, especially after dinner when I’m watching TV and want something sweet but not too heavy. The pies I’ve actually been able to get have been really good, but the popular ones aren’t always available when I check the site. The classic key lime was sold out a couple different times, which was frustrating because that’s the main one I wanted.

When I finally did get one, it tasted fresh and the shipping was totally fine, so I don’t really have complaints there. I just wish they made restocks a little clearer or kept more of the main flavors in stock, because it’s annoying to be ready to order and then have to come back later. For now I’d give it 3 stars, mostly because the product is good but the availability could be better.

The key lime pie arrived right on time, which was great, but taste-wise I was a little let down. I had built it up in my head like it was going to be this amazing, fresh-from-the-bakery moment, and it just didn’t quite get there. The crust was a bit soft, and while the filling still tasted good, it didn’t have that super fresh, just-made vibe I was expecting. I don’t really get why anyone would complain about the flavor, it actually tastes like real key lime to me. It’s got that tangy, natural kind of taste I was hoping for, not some fake candy version.

I really liked this because it has that nice tart key lime taste without being overly sweet, and it tastes the way a good key lime pie is supposed to taste, bright and tangy and not fake or sugary.

I grabbed this kind of on impulse, and I’m actually happy with it. Nothing major to complain about so far, and overall it’s been a good experience for me

I stopped in to grab a key lime pie, the pie itself was good. But the service kind of dragged the whole thing down. I felt like I was waiting way longer than I should have, and the staff didn’t seem all that friendly either. Maybe they were slammed or just having an off day, but still, it was a little frustrating. Not the worst experience, and I’d probably still go back for the pie, but the in-person service could definitely be better.

My order was mostly right, but they got one of the flavors wrong. Not a huge deal though, it was still fine. Seems like places always mess up at least one small thing anyway.
